Marcia Yeskoo

Marcia Yeskoo studied Behavioral Sciences at Messiah College in Pennsylvania before earning her BA in Business Administration from Averett University. Marcia began her career with HCA in 1986. She subsequently secured a position with Inova, managing a team of emergency room registration employees, the telecom team, and oversight of the nighttime admitting process and midnight census.
Marcia then branched out into longterm care operations at a retirement community, developing an understanding of ethics in senior healthcare, Medicare requirements, and federal policy implementation. In 1996, Marcia returned to the quickly-growing HCA Richmond market. At HCA Richmond Hospitals, Marcia was promoted to Vice President of Payer Contracting, Strategic Pricing, and Analytics, and oversaw contracting and negotiation in the VA, WVA, KY, IN, and NH markets. Revenue growth was achieved or exceeded in most markets with assets. Marcia served on a variety of boards and committees including The Virginia Board of Medical Assistance Services, The Virginia All Claims Payor Advisory Committee, The Virginia Hospital Association Workers Compensation Committee, The DC Board of Trade - Healthcare Committee, and The Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce – Healthcare Committee. Marcia also worked with HCA’s Parallon Revenue Cycle Management group.
After 37 years in healthcare, Marcia retired in 2022 and has since served as a consultant. Marcia is excited join the KZA team and aims to establish a complementary managed care consulting stream for current and new clients. She currently resides in Virginia.
